When you book a call via our website, Cal.com collects your name, email address, phone number, and any information you voluntarily provide in the booking form. We do not operate any additional contact forms or user accounts. We do not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools on this website.

Your data is processed solely to schedule and conduct the sales call you requested. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for the performance of a pre-contractual measure at your request.

We use Cal.com (Calendso Inc., USA) to handle appointment booking. Cal.com collects your name, email, and phone number as part of the booking process. Their privacy policy is available at cal.com/privacy.

We use Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation, India/EU) for business email communication. Their privacy policy is available at zoho.com/privacy.html.

We retain your contact information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. If no business relationship follows from the initial call, your data is deleted within 90 days.

Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, without a name and email address we cannot schedule a meeting with you.
